As a business development executive/manager, it would be your responsibility to conduct
research and find new opportunities for our company’s growth.
Reaching out all new and existing clients by building a long-lasting business relationship
with them will be your foremost job.
You will also have to develop sales and marketing proposals that would be implemented for
promoting our business in the market.
You should have the capability to handle all queries of our clients that proves to be
beneficial for the company.
o Analyzing client requirements & drafting business proposals for Web
Development/Mobile Development and other services which Brainwork offers.
o Build long-term business relationships with client leaders and decision makers.
o Manage the entire sales process- from cold and hot call to close.
o Generating Business from existing and new clients by regular follow ups and regular
o Making continuous use of Social & Business networking for generating Leads and
then convert those into business.
o Actively engaging in doing Email campaigns to generate leads.
o Meeting, giving demos & presentations for Indian based clients.
o For outside India, connecting them online through Skype or Team Viewer.
o Negotiating Pricing and Payment terms.
o Interacting as Liaison between Client and Company for Negotiation on Commercial
o Responsible for End to End sales right from generating leads till final closure of the
project as well as post customer satisfaction/client servicing for Indian as well as
o Overall manage all the functions which include: Strategic Alliances, Business
Development, sales operation & channel partnering.
